“My favorite part of being an AJCA board member is having the opportunity to work with juniors. I like being on the AJCA board because the Chianina breed is smaller than most, the environment is more of family-friendly and is always happy to welcome new breeders and members.
An individual should consider running for the AJCA Board of Directors because this is a very strong way to get involved with the breed and breeders. Being in this position is a great way to meet people from all over the world. Holding a position on the AJCA board gives you an opportunity to develop leadership and public speaking skills.”
