Saying Goodbye

Junior market steer shows bring with them a wide range of emotions; nervousness, excitement, and the worse of all of them, the pain that comes with saying goodbye to the animal that you have bonded with over the last year. For many showman after all the hours in the barn, their show animals become best friends and part of the family. As hard as that experience of saying goodbye is, it teaches each exhibitor valuable life lessons and make them stronger as they continue into life.
