The NJSA Junior Board of Directors go above and beyond to make our organization the best it can be. Between organizing events, teaching leadership development workshops and mentoring members, this group of individuals progress our association everyday. If you are interested in becoming one of these influential leaders, you should do two things.
1. Reach out to a past or current board member and ask them about their experience.
