Junior Maine-Anjou Intern Announced!

We are VERY excited to welcome a new member to our team!!!! Amy Sampson will be joining us this summer as the new AJMAA intern!!
A little about Amy:
I’m from Nevada, Iowa and grew up showing/raising cattle and pigs. I was born on a Maine-Anjou livestock operation and have been showing since I can remember. Now that my showing career has ended, I am involved in a different way and still help my family. I have met an endless number of friends from traveling to shows and have gained a numerous amount of life skills. I am blessed to have this busy lifestyle and would not change a thing.
This May I will be graduating from Wartburg College with a B.A. in Communication Design, and minors in Business and Leadership. In addition to my education, I played collegiate volleyball for four years.
I am more than excited to be able to help with the American Maine-Anjou Association for a few months this summer. This internship will give me the chance to learn from experienced role models and give back to the association that I have grown-up being a part of. I look forward to the opportunities that are in front of me and hope to gain experience for future careers.
